Event Registration

This is a private fundraising event that supports the Ben Richey Boys Ranch & Family Program.
Due to limited space, only those guests who book their cruise with Cruise Planners and Daylee
Travel Events will be allowed to attend the on board events and private Beach Day Jam.

1. REGISTER FOR YOUR CRUISE AND STATEROOM
We ask that all attendees of the Texas Red-Dirt Cruise event complete the Cruise Planners & Daylee Travel Events Registration Form. This information will be used to help expedite the booking process. 

• Once you have registered, you will be contacted by a Cruise Planners & Daylee Travel Events Advisor to finalize stateroom selection and payments.
• If you would like a stateroom category that is not listed on the registration form (mini-suite or suite), please contact Cruise Planners & Daylee Travel Events at (877) 339-0177 for pricing and availability.
• If you will have more than 2 guests per stateroom, please contact Cruise Planners & Daylee Travel Events at (877) 339-0177 for pricing and availability.
• If you are traveling by yourself and you would like to book your stateroom as a single, please contact Cruise Planners & Daylee Travel Events at (877) 339-0177 for pricing.
• The Texas Red-Dirt Cruise Event Pass is included with your cruise fare and entitles you to preferred VIP access to all Texas Red-Dirt Cruise special events; cocktail parties, private performances, celebrity photo, event keepsakes, and other assorted gifts. 
• Final price on the registration page will include all taxes and discounts.

• Travel Insurance is highly recommended as Event Fees are non-refundable.​
• You must book your cruise with Cruise Planners & Daylee Travel Events in order to attend all on board events.
